CLO: Students will be able to develop a plan for their social justice campaign including learning goals, process, skills needed and end product. The plan should be submitted in writing. If you are working in a group, one submission is acceptable. Agenda:

What if none of these inspire your creativity? Propose your own idea! Maybe design a fictional music concert as a benefit for your cause. Who would play? What would the advertising look like (Posters, tickets, etc)? What would an album cover look like? CLO: Students will be able to reflect on their Typography portraits by completing the written Art Reflection form that addresses multiple thinking skills.
Agenda: Use Art Reflection form to answer the following prompts:
Complete and turn in. Finish artist statement and submit final via website. My daughter's got the barfs so you all get one final work day! Please finish your typography portraits with the time you have today. If you finish early, you can use these prompts to write your artist statement. We will critique on Monday.

Please address all prompts in a thoughtful, thorough manner. CLO: Students will be able to identify their strengths and areas for growth in relation to the assignment. Students will be able to work together to find solutions in order to move forward in their skill development. Take 2 sticky notes. On one, identify something you're doing well on this assignment. On the second, identify an area that you are struggling with.
Write your solution on your problem sticky and post it on the troubleshooting poster in the front of the room. Please write your name/initials on it for credit. Watch as the troubleshooting poster fills with solutions to our problems!! |
